De-stress to Reduce Daily Worries


Let us do some of the following:
– Listen verses of the holy Quran or some fine music or
– Do brisk walking with Spouse or family members or friends,or a Pet
– Watch some funny TV show o Nature or Smithsonian TV Shows
– Take a break from worries and negative thoughts, tell ourselves, after 5 years they will have no meaning
– Just sit alone, contemplate and remember our creator
– Things which we cannot control, just relax and leave in the hand of the Creator

If we get busy with one or more of the above activities, we will reduce our worries and anxieties
