Physical Heart and Spiritual Heart, Dr Emdad Khan
We all know about physical heart but we also have a spiritual heart
It is an auto mechanism. We only realize when we have problems in the heart with arteries or veins or some lungs get affected. Miracle of Allah swt.
How oxygen rich blood enters to heart from lungs and then to body and oxygen poor blood enters to heart and then from heart to lungs for purification.
In Surah Al Imran, let us see what, Allah is commanding us,
We should always make this dua to keep us guided until we leave this Dunya.
3:8
رَبَّنَا لَا تُزِغْ قُلُوبَنَا بَعْدَ إِذْ هَدَيْتَنَا وَهَبْ لَنَا مِن لَّدُنكَ رَحْمَةً ۚ إِنَّكَ أَنتَ ٱلْوَهَّابُ ٨
˹They say, ˺ “Our Lord! Do not let our hearts deviate after you have guided us. Grant us Your mercy. You are indeed the Giver ˹of all bounties˺.

In Surah R”ad Ay28,
13:28
ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوا۟ وَتَطْمَئِنُّ قُلُوبُهُم بِذِكْرِ ٱللَّهِ ۗ أَلَا بِذِكْرِ ٱللَّهِ تَطْمَئِنُّ ٱلْقُلُوبُ ٢٨
those who believe and whose hearts find comfort in the remembrance of Allah. Surely in the remembrance of Allah do hearts find comfort.

Prophet Muhammed PBUH, advised to keep heart clean and rust proof by doing zikr or reciting the Quran.
In everyone there is a flesh, if it is healthy, the whole body is healthy, if it is sick, the whole body is sick, beware! It is the heart. Bukhari
To have spiritual peace of mind, we should make zikr.
