Full time students, age 18 to 30, Canadin citizens or permanent residents.
Working hours at home with own laptop, Monday to Friday, 9.00 am to 5.00pm, hours may be flexible if required, duration of works: 8 weeks, 35 hrs/week and rate of pay $15.50/hr as per govt rule.
Only Grade 12 and returning university students will be considered.
All 3 positions require strong skills in word, excel, PowerPoint and communication skills to email, phone or text CBET donors, event participants. Self starter and attention to details and minimum supervision.
PROGRAM ELIGIBILITY
To be eligible for the Summer Student Employment Program, you must satisfy the following criteria:
- be legally entitled to work in Canada, Canadian Citizen, permanent Resident, or conferred refugee protection.
- be between 18-30 years of age.
- be enrolled in a secondary or post-secondary program or institution of higher learning on a full-time basis and.
- Must be returning to full-time studies in the next academic term.
- Fundraising Campaign Organizer
Responsibilities: Investigate and seek new funds and grants to meet CBET objectives and events and community services to move CBET to next stage.

2. Event Coordinator
Responsibilities: Plan for every month CBET events for while years to connect with CBET community, donors, event participants and develop new strategy for CBET to move to next stage of CBET services and CBET scholarship program

3. Administrative Assistant
Responsibilities: Work with CBET management for CBET day to day operations. Connect with CBET community, donors, event participants and develop new strategy for CBET to move to next stage of community services and scholarship program.
