We are representatives in Dunya, Dr Emdad Khan
We all began with Allah swt. We were in the world of souls and then start our journey in Dunya. Our father and mother Adam and Hawa AHS were in Jannah, and they were sent to Dunya.
Surah Taha A124, Allah swt declares,
20:123
قَالَ ٱهْبِطَا مِنْهَا جَمِيعًۢا ۖ
بَعْضُكُمْ لِبَعْضٍ عَدُوٌّۭ
ۖ فَإِمَّا يَأْتِيَنَّكُم مِّنِّى هُدًۭى
فَمَنِ ٱتَّبَعَ هُدَاىَ
فَلَا يَضِلُّ وَلَا يَشْقَىٰ ١٢٣
Allah said, “Descend, both of you, from here together ˹
with Satan˺ as enemies to each other.
Then when guidance comes to you from Me,
whoever follows My guidance?
will neither go astray ˹in this life˺ nor suffer ˹in the next˺.

We will have ups and downs, darkness, and obstacles in this life of Dunya. Then we will get sunny days and again will get tests and then again will rise and finally we will be closer to Allah swt. We hope He will be pleased with us, and we will be pleased with Him when we leave this Dunya.
Allah swt, as a test sent us in this Dunya as His representatives.
Allah swt accepted and forgave Adam and Hawa AHS.
But we must come back to the Quran, which is our guidance.
InshaAllah when we make mistakes, or we are tested, we will seek forgiveness.
When, we come back to Allah swt and repent and InshaAllah He will forgive us and have mercy on us as He forgave Adam Hawa AHS.
